Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do you speak English?
Yes!
2. Can I pay by card?
You can pay by cash, card, bizum, revolut, PayPal, bank transfer or by Fresha App
3. Can I make an appointment for today?
No. My way of working is by appointment, to ensure a good organisation and the best possible quality of the treatments. Therefore, appointments can be made at least one day in advance. If there is availability during the day, it may be possible to make an appointment for an emergency (with an additional supplement), but this is not always possible, nor guaranteed, and would depend on the type of case. It is best not to leave it until the end or when you can't do it any more. The sooner we act, the better the outcome.
4. Do you do erotic massages/happy endings, etc.?
NO. No services of a sexual nature are provided. Inquiring about this type of service will result in the prohibition of making an appointment and the slightest attempt to perform any sexual act during the session will result in immediate expulsion with the possibility of legal action. This establishment is not what you are looking for.
5. Can I call you on the phone?
In order not to interrupt the work sessions, I am not always able to answer phone calls. I would be grateful if you could contact me by WhatsApp message or social networks. This way I will be able to answer you with peace of mind and ensure a quality service.
6. Does the massage voucher or gift card expire?
No, in any case. The services are paid and you can enjoy them whenever you want.
7. Can I share the sessions voucher with someone else?
Yes, there is also the option to extend the voucher to 6 massages if you come with another person (partner, family member, friend...) so that the sessions are equal for both of you (3 for each of you).
8. I'm going to be late for my appointment, will I still get the full duration of my session?
It is understood that unforeseen events may arise. Therefore, a 5-10 minute delay is allowed without affecting the duration of your session. However, if the delay is longer, the session must end at the scheduled time so as not to affect the following patients. To ensure the full treatment time, it is recommended to arrive on time.
9. Do I need a medical prescription to attend physiotherapy?
No, you do not need a medical prescription to start physiotherapy treatment. You can go directly if you have discomfort, pain or wish to treat injuries or surgery. However, if you have a previous diagnosis, it can be useful to better personalise your treatment.
10. Can I choose where I want to be served?
Yes! You can choose the location that is most convenient for you from the 3 locations where you can find me. Just keep in mind that the availability of days and times may vary between centres. Write me and we'll see the place and time that best suits you.
11. On diets, will I be able to eat everything? Will I go hungry?
There is no ban on any food. I will show you that you can enjoy food in a healthy way and without regrets. Our approach is realistic and sustainable. We work with a personalised food plan that is tailored to you, without unnecessary prohibitions or extreme dieting.
12. Is the nutrition service only for weight loss?
No. We also work on objectives such as muscle mass gain, improvement of sports performance, disease control (diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, etc.), nutrition in pregnancy/lactation or dietary education in general.
13. Do I need to buy supplementation in dietary plans?
There will be no obligation to buy or consume any supplements, shakes, sachets or anything like that. Recommendations may be made on a case-by-case basis, but generally will not.
